You know how to make banana-sicles, right? You slice a banana in half, stick a wooden tongue depressor, popsicle stick, or a plastic spoon inside it, lay on a cookie sheet, freeze, and then, if desired, dip in melted chocolate and freeze again?
Well, you can make mini-nanner-sicles by slicing ONE banana into fattish round slices, stick a toothpick into them, making 'em look like a lolli-pop and then freeze on a cookie sheet, dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with nuts if desired, and then refreeze.
These aren't as filling as the whole banana, but they have two advantages I can see:
1. They'll freeze faster, so make a nicer spur of the minute snack.
2. We are more likely to have a toothpick or ten around than we are the flat wooden sticks for larger banana sicles.
