I earned 10 dollars in amazon gift cards by searching with
swagbucks, and this morning I was able to download 2 full CDs and 3 random songs from amazon.com. The full albums I downloaded were:
The first is Relient K's new album. It's actually not being official released till tomorrow, but it was Amazon's MP3 daily deal. I used to be a pretty big Relient K fan, but I haven't been able to buy any of their more recent stuff. I was pretty pleased when I saw this was only 3.99 :)
I had really been wanting to get a version of the Enigma Variations, so I am very very excited that I got to download it. I'll probably keep my eyes out for another version at half price books and places like that, too, but this will definitely do for now. The three random songs I downloaded:
The first one I've heard a couple times on the radio, and I just like Green Day. (when their lyrics are clean...) The second one I got because a friend had part of the lyrics as her facebook status, so I went and listened to it on YouTube and positively feel in love with it. It's somewhat odd, but delightfully cheerful. The third one was a recommendation from our Tea Chemist. I had enough money for one more song left, so I asked her to tell me what to get and she suggested that one.
40 songs, 2+ hours of music, and $0.14 left over on my gift card. Search with swagbucks yourself and get some awesome free music. :)
