Leonid Meteor Shower Tonight/Tuesday Morning

Check here,

And here:
Americans, set your clocks to 3:30 a.m. East Coast time. The shower will run from then until about 5:30 a.m. However, no matter where you live, you may luck out and catch a stray meteor anytime between 1 a.m. and dawn.

“We’re predicting 20 to 30 meteors per hour over the Americas and as many as 200 to 300 per hour over Asia,” says Bill Cooke, from NASA’s meteoroid environment office. “Our forecast is in good accord with independent theoretical work by other astronomers.”

Let us know if you get a good look. We think it's going to be too overcast here. Pin It
