From my friend S.- get rid of all mirrors, except maybe one small one. Hang it in the dimmest part of the house. Apply make up in the car, using the rear view mirror so you can see only one small corner of your face at a time. Also:
"A scarf can obscure the worst of saggy chicken necks and also create a long vertical line in front, especially if worn against all black. I'm pretty sure that if you wear all black, your silhouette just fades into the background and people assume you are only as broad as your scarf. Yeah."
