Here's a picture of our little house. That thing that looks like a basement window beneath the lit window is actually a very old screen leaning against the side of the house. It's supposed to keep the cats out of the crawl space beneath the house, but it's been moved and not replaced by Mr. Nobody.
Pipsqueak and the Headmaster went for a walk just before bed and they took this picture. It's been snowing since about two or three this afternoon, and it's still snowing. Perfect weather for Narnia watching.
I'm humming "Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful, and as long as we've no place to go....
Have any other captions to suggest?
I don't know about other captions, but your family clearly lives in a Winter Wonderland. :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a Winter Wonderland too! It snowed 6 inches or so last night. The news was all over it -- even moving their 5am broadcast to 4:30am, much to Hubby's chagrin. This moved his start time for work from 3am to 2am. Sigh. As if snow in Michigan is news! He would have had to snowblow when he got home (I can't leave the toddler alone with the girls for that long!), but a friend from church came over with his snowblower and did the drive and the walk! I think I'm going to suggest paying it forward, we have a single lady neighbor next door who doesn't have a snowblower.
