Today

I was awakened by the Equuischick at precisely 7:06 this morning; I had actually slept in 6 whole minutes. So, I rushed to get ready and then went out to our freezing vehicle. We get on the road and started to break the speed limit at the stunning speed of.......10 mph!

Yup, there was a nasty snow storm waiting for us. We reached our destination with no mishaps, except for 2 wrong turns. :( (Which were kind of funny because one was so obviously the wrong way, and the other was because the EC misheard me.)
The destination was a friend's house where I was going to babysit. It was a nice but long day. I made green pancakes (its just regular pancakes with green food colouring) and then we washed up. Throughout the course of the day we played "Farm-Opoly," (sp?), had lunch, quiet time (Yay!) read lots of books, started to watch "Little Women,"(we got tired of it so we turned it off) and did clutter patrols.

It was a long but enjoyable day.
