Fairy Dolls, Felt Wee Folk.

I am making some dolls using a book called Felt Wee Folk.
They are made out of pipe cleaners, wool felt, fake flower petals, embroidery floss, an old knee-high, stuffing, acorn tops (these make adorable caps), and lots of patience.

I mostly follow Salley Mavor's instructions but I do my own stuff, too. She has you use wooden balls for the head, I use a piece of old knee-high wrapped around stuffing and sewn to the body of the doll.

The dolls are not to difficult to make they just take a bit of time. You just have to know which colours go together, how to do embroidery, and how to wrap floss around a pipe cleaner.

I will try to get a picture of one of my dolls on here.

Update: Here's the post with the pictures, which are new for you (and the vestle with the pestle has the brew that is true).
