Spring has sprung

... The violets and lilacs aren't blooming yet, but everything is warm and pleasant and other flowers are displaying their colors. Took a walk in GrannyTea's woods today and startled numerous squirrels, one woodchuck, two deer, too many blackbirds to count, two woodpeckers, and one cardinal. Not bad for half an hour spent walking.
