Back in the Low Carb Saddle Again

Breakfast: one of the Boy's most excellent omelettes featuring farm fresh eggs, cheese, mushrooms, and dried lamb's quarters that I dehydrated myself.
Water with a bit of lemon juice and stevia

Lunch: Salmon salad (a can of wild caught salad from Costco, some mayo, a bit of raw vinegar because I am at the HG's house and she didn't have dill pickles, mustard, spooned on pork rinds.  I know.  Hush.
Zevia to drink.

Supper (haven't had it yet)- chicken in the crockpot with a sauce made of tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and a bit of water.  It smells delish.

Snack-
roasted seasoned seaweed, and plenty of it. I got a package of 27 for less than ten dollars.

I asked on FB if anybody knew the carb count of raw milk, and Valerie Jacobsen (of Jacobsen's Living Books) sent me this link, which was really intriguing.

Raw milk, despite having 12g carbs, saw a flatline glucose response
Essentially, I'm trying Atkins induction and I hope to go longer than two weeks on this phase. I usually do get a tomato from the garden or some other low carb veg, but today I rushed out to get to the HG's house early and forgot some of my food.
