Roast vegetables (the link is just for kohlrabit, but we'll be roasting eggplant, kohlrabi, okra, and summer squash with sausage (we'll also adapt this recipe)
Because we're making home-made biscuit mix for another recipe (see below), and we scored nitrate free sausage for .99 a pound, biscuit sausage cheese balls, with fruit
Green beans and pork manchu(I will probably make this with sliced heart)

Suppers:
Easy lemon crockpot chicken, followed by overnight crockpot bone broth from Granola Catholic
Tex Mex Chicken Salad from the Passionate Penny Pincher
Pocket Change Gourmet's Impossible BLT pie, only we'll use biscuit mix made from scratch using freshly ground whole wheat flour
Kelly the Kitchen Kop's frugal Stroganoff, Possibly over low-carb dumplings, if I can make almond flour with almonds and my food processor.
Low-carb, grainfree Meatballs over spaghetti squash, with sauce from the organic tomatoes we processed the crockpot.
